He accepted the offer; but when the same colleagues that had brougth him to Coutts moved to EFG Private Bank, he decided in 1998 to join them as Senior Vice President of their Miami broker/dealer, EFG Capital International Corp, in charge of their Mexican business. He is also licensed to sell life insurance in both Florida and California.
Arlette Sosa

Director of JAC ADVISERS, INC., Arlette Sosa is President of Ataxmar LLC, a company based in Miami, Florida whose principal focus is the provision of professional advice to persons, principally of Latin American origin, who wish to make investments in the United States, particularly in Florida, but also in various other states including Illinois, Texas and California, in operating companies and in real estate. Among Ms. Sosa's specialties are the management of the regulatory procedures associated with such investments such as the obtention of licenses, permits and registrations. A second field of expertise for Ms. Sosa is the supervision of internal accounting procedures of small and middle sized companies through the use of the online program Quickbooks. Mrs. Sosa also works closely with her clients in the areas of marketing practices, immigration needs and commercial law, where necessary bring into the relationship experts in these fields who also are fluent in Spanish. Initially from Venezuela where she worked in various positions related to commercial administration, Mrs. Sosa has been able to apply that background to her present activities in the United States.
Gustavo Garagorry

A Director of JAC ADVISORS, INC., Mr. Garagorry has more than twenty years of experience in the areas of information technology and systems management. His business career began in Caracas, Venezuela, at Onital, S.A., a company which provided IT support to the financial sector. After a subsequent stint at Eniac, S.A. as a softward specialist, in 1987 he accepted the position of IT Director at Diproagro, S.A., a leading agroindustrial company. Seven years later, in 1994, he joined Pyrotek, S.A. as an account manager. Five years later, he joined a group of specialists at EAN Systems Management Venezuela, an organization dedicated to the standardization and assignment bar codes for the industrial as well as retail sectors. He came to the United States in November 2002 where he received a B.A. degree from Millennia Atlantic University, Doral, Florida. In 2006 created Wakot Media, a firm which provides advice to companies on their advertising strategy. He also hold a Florida real estate agent’s license, and is associated with the DSR Real Estate Brokerage Group.
